Major Rehabilitation and Replacement

Reclamation has collected data annually on MR&R activities, or repair needs, at all Reclamation facilities, regardless of the funding source, since 2008. MR&R consists of Extraordinary Maintenance (XM), Deferred Maintenance (DM), and Safety of Dams (SOD) modifications covered under the Initiate Safety of Dams Corrective Action (ISCA) Program. MR&R activities are projected over a 30-year funding horizon, regardless of funding source.
